Inground Weighbridges
Inground weighbridges are completely below ground level. They require the least amount of site area but the costs for excavation of the foundation makes it an expensive option. These types of weighbridges may be ideal for existing sites with limited available area.
Access to the pit isthrough access holes, either through the deck or through the foundation side wall. Pit drainage is a major consideration and either a drain or sump must be provided during construction.
