The commemeration ceremony, to celebrate our 150th year, was an event to remember. It was held on the 16th of May with a total of 80 staff and distinguished guests attending. See image 1 at left.

The ceremony was an excellent opportunity to recognise Ken Williams' 30 years of faithful service to Ultra-Hawke. Ultra-Hawke's Cheif Executive Officer, Mr Brenton Cunningham presented Ken with a gold watch in great appreciation of Ken's loyalty and steadfastness. See image 2 at left.

Although we have operated in our new premises for some months now, the event also included an officially launch of our new premises by the Mayor of Hume City, Cr Gary Jungwirth. See image 3 at left.

Not only did current employees of Ultra-Hawke enjoy attending the ceremony, many previous employees of Ultra-Hawke were invited to share in the celebrations. Mr John Swan (behind the microphone in image 4) was one such past employee of Hawke Company, back when Hawke Company's foundary was located a Kupunda, South Australia (north of Adelaide).
